   Hi Steve,

       I ordered your book a few weeks back. haven't had a chance to read the book in it's entirety but from what I have read so far, I think you have done a remarkable job to say the very least. 

       The best part about the book is that it is based on good old commensense advice and an approach that a diet is not something to 'struggle' with but rather just finding a 'natural' way of food intake based on what your body actually needs. I think this is a totally different 'wholesome' approach to a diet unlike all the other unsustainable diets out there by so called experts. 

        I would like to read the whole book and come with more specific comments. Thanks for giving me a new outlook on dieting and helping me build the right relationship with food and the body.
