To keep fitness of health I always prefer exercise as Yoga. The reason is that it is light way for the exercise and get the meditation by this exercise. I am also agree with you that aerobics is the flexible exercise which is movement of whole body.

It is very good topic to discuss about fitness exercise. According to me i think that every one have to do exercise if they want fitness. I think that Swimming, cycling and walking is the best exercise for every one.
