Hi, Even though I would not like you to be using other diets, The Birchall Diet CAN be used alongside other diets. Even if the postings here are not related to The Birchall Diet please feel free to post them anyway, I really do want to help people lose weight. Having said this please do not use this to advertise other diets (I have to pay for my adverts, it would not seem fair to let other diets benefit from my forum). But if you are having success please pass it on so that others can benefit.
Good luck Stephen Birchall |

Diet Patch as closed patches on the skin and claim to help weight loss. nutritious diet is essential for good health and weight control. Particular nutritional eating plan can certainly better than losing weight fast.

Hi,
As I state VERY clearly in the book, Health is FAR more important than your body shape.
Healthy eating is vital to your health.
Losing weight is also important, if you are medically overweight you should try to lose weight at a sensible and slow pace to bring you back to your recommended BMI (Body Mass Index) or as close to that BMI as possible.
I will not coment on subjects such as "patches" etc. because my diet aims for people to lose weight naturally and at a pace suited to them. I am not comfortable with anything that tries to artificially speed up the weight loss, such as Pills and Patches. But that is just my opinion and everyone can voice their own opinion.
Thank you for all of your recent posts they are clearly meant to be constructive.
Welcome to the site and the diet,
|

A nutritious diet is essential for good
health and weight control. A nutritional eating
plan will
definitely improve your chances of fast weight loss. So avoid
fad diets
or any type of eating plan that restricts you to certain foods.
Instead
choose a healthy calorie controlled diet rich in fruit and
vegetables
moderate in protein and low in saturated fat or trans fatty
acids, with
foods from all main food groups.

For effective diet I always prefer exercise as Yoga. The reason is that it is light way for the exercise and get the meditation by this exercise. For better health I prefer fruits and vegetables. The reason is that from the fruits and vegetables I get the all types of the vitamins, protein, zinc, iodine and so on which is useful to maintain a body or absorb the fat.

I am sorry but I cannot agree to this.
Sugar, cake, chocolate, cheese and sweets etc. are all perfectly ok foods even if you are on a diet. As long as you have them in small quantities.
These foods are not rersponsible for people being overweight, it is the QUANTITY of these foods that you eat, that causes the problem.
Any diet that bans these foods will fail because we all need "treats" every now and then and if we are to stick with a diet we must not feel as if we have failed just because we ate some chocolate.
On my diet no foods are banned and if you feel like chocolate you should eat some (a small quantity) or the craving will not be satisfied and later you will eat the choclate anyway!!!
So I agree that these foods need to be controlled but they should not be avoided altogether.
